Reading and sleeping.

Yes, sleeping as well as I find it hard to just sleep even though I am both mentally and physically exhausted.

Well, reading?

By reading, I meant revising. I’m personally out of touch with my theoretical knowledge from medical school.

Topics and answers to simple, easy questions used to be at the tip of my fingertips. Now, it takes me a while to recall basic common things that I should know of.

I’ve been out of touch with my reading and though I’ve been busy, I understand that I should prioritise it and set aside time regardless.

Now, how about sleeping?

We all know that sleep is essential for us to basically function effectively the following day, for us to recharge again.

Somehow falling asleep is hard. However, I do definitely feel much better the following day once I’ve had enough rest. A tough day is less tough with proper rest because I have the energy needed.

Well, these are what I could do more of at the moment.
